Job summary

McGuire Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Work From Home Insurance Sales Agent to discuss client needs and tailor home, condo, auto, and renters coverage. This is a remote, base pay plus commission role with room for growth.

You will make outbound calls, build relationships, meet monthly sales goals, and work independently with strong time management. WA license training is available; 401(k) and health benefits are offered.

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right insurance coverage.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning commission based on performance.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $90,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunity)
