Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst in Corporate Insurance & Claims, remote in the USA. You will partner with the Enterprise Insurance Manager to support global risk management, workers' comp and insurance programs, collaborating with internal teams, brokers, and third-party administrators.

The role involves data coordination for renewals, certificates of insurance, contract reviews, and compliance filings, with emphasis on detail and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in claims, insurance, or related finance.
• 3+ years cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years demonstrated ability communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing work independently, taking initiative, and driving tasks to completion.
• 3+ years experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection for the insurance renewal process, including exposure gathering (statement of values, payroll, revenues, headcount, miles driven) and filing of binders and policies.
• Primary point of contact for requests for new or updated certificates of insurance based on contractual requirements.
• Review insurance provisions in contracts, leases, and other agreements and request documentation from brokers.
• Administer and monitor compliance filings for monopolistic state workers' compensation programs and excise tax reporting.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and controlling company risks by running reports on loss and exposure data.
• Manage payment of insurance premiums, assessments, and fees.
• Assist in day-to-day claims management and coordination with third-party adjusters.
• Interface with Finance, Safety, Legal, HR, Compliance and IR Units and brokers.
