Ideal candidates have an active Property & Casualty license (Life/Health a plus) and are comfortable conducting conversations via phone, text, email, and video meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Life & Health license is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable selling via phone, text, email and virtual meetings.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage options.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve production goals.
