American Income Life is seeking a Remote Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. Work from home, set your own hours, and drive insurance sales through virtual presentations and quotes.

You will build relationships with clients, promote referral programs, and grow income through commissions, bonuses, and residuals. Must hold an active Life & Health license; we help you obtain one if needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals: meet and exceed sales and business production targets.
• Sales & service: provide insurance quotes, conduct virtual sales presentations, and close sales with new and existing clients.
• Referral program: promote and explain our client referral program to expand your customer base.
• Cross-sell & up-sell: maximize each client interaction by offering additional financial products.
• Training & team support: mentor and support team members, sharing your expertise.
• Compliance: follow all underwriting, rating, and regulatory standards.
• Customer service: build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead generation: proactively generate leads through calls, emails, texts, and other channels.
