You will work to retain policyholders by offering solutions for at-risk accounts and assisting with policy changes. This role supports a remote-friendly setup with provided equipment and comprehensive onboarding from leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Strong passion for helping customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents.
• Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and coverage or make changes to policies.
• Work to retain policyholders by offering solutions to prevent cancellation.
