Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to help customers with auto and home insurance in a fast-paced, fully remote setting. You will answer inbound calls, navigate our evolving product, and identify coverage gaps or discounts while working with a supportive, results-driven team.

You will engage with cross-functional colleagues, learn the product deeply, and contribute to shaping the customer experience.

Qualifications

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
Strong work ethic.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Taking great care of our customers and helping them navigate coverage, discounts, and renewals.
Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
Deep product knowledge to match customers with the right coverage from a large panel of insurers.
Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
Suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback.
