Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations role that supports both sales and service in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You’ll care for customers, learn the product inside out, and help them navigate policy options with confidence.

We offer an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 plus uncapped commissions for sales, equity, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and flexible scheduling in a culture that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Friendly and positive attitude with teamwork.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of customers and anticipate needs beyond asked questions.
• Answer inbound calls from customers about auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Learn the product deeply to match customers with the right coverage.
• Resolve barriers to access the right coverage through problem solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback to help ship product improvements.
