LexisNexis Risk Solutions is expanding its UK Personal Lines Claims business and seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue, strategy and leadership. You will work with insurers and internal teams to shape consultative engagements, expand the Claims footprint and advocate a customer-centric, end-to-end claims approach.

You will lead a growing Claims sales team, travel as needed, and influence across Account Management, Product and Sales Support to ensure the Claims

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within Personal Lines Insurance Claims (Motor/Home) and end-to-end Claims process.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue-driven mindset.
• Previous people leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic, cross-functional collaborator with autonomy.
• Knowledge of UK/US Claims market and travel 30–50%.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets across the UK Personal Lines Claims market.
• Act as a Claims subject matter expert supporting Account Management in client interactions.
• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans using market insight.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute market insight to the Claims proposition and participate in industry events.
• Collaborate across teams to support commercial success and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to a growing Claims sales team.
