Job summary

Activate Collision Solutions is seeking a commercially driven leader to grow our motor claims business in the United States. You will secure new partnerships with insurers and brokers, while retaining key client relationships and shaping the revenue strategy for fleets and repair networks.

You will lead a small team through the full revenue lifecycle—from prospecting to contract renewal—building strong stakeholder partnerships and negotiating favorable terms to drive sustainable growth.
