AAA Mountain West Group seeks an Insurance Service Support Associate to help keep member accounts in good standing, ensuring coverage and road service availability. You will assist partner carriers, explain value propositions, and overcome objections to retain Members for life.

The role emphasizes policy reviews, strong communication, and sales-driven retention across states served by AAA. A supportive, collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty license preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales, retention or customer service experience.
• Must acquire all required licenses within 60 days of starting or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Service all partner insurance policies.
• Conduct policy and product review to maximize value and fit.
• Apply sales techniques to retain customers and cross-sell.
• Track customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
