Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections and prepare underwriting reports across our coverage area.

The role involves driving to sites, photographing facilities, observing operations, and documenting findings in an online system to support underwriting decisions. Applicants should have at least two years’ experience with loss-control providers or major carriers and a solid understanding of Property, General Liability and Inland

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines - Property, General Liability and Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong writing, communication and time-management skills.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Recording onsite observations and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identifying building construction type, square footage and hazards.
• Timely completion of assignments and reports.
• Communicating with Field Manager to complete inspections efficiently.
• Coordinating inspection times with insured representatives onsite.
• Preparing and reporting inspection results and diagrams; uploading photos.
