Job summary

HUB International is seeking a remote Insurance Call Associate to support our Tracking Department. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers and agents navigate insurance requirements and educate callers on required documentation for loan transactions.

You will field calls across escrow and non-escrow insurance products, validate loan records, and resolve inquiries promptly, contributing to a smooth closing process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and make outbound calls across all escrow and non-escrow insurance products.
