Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right auto, home, and other coverages.

From day one you’ll train remotely; if you don’t have a Property & Casualty license, paid training includes licensing. The role offers paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and generous commission potential with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
