Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right coverages and converting leads into policyholders. Training includes paid licensing and remote work from day one.

Eligibility requires state residency, licensing after hire, and a schedule of 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day with a standard shift in EST/CST/PST time zones. Benefits start day one with healthcare and a generous commission structure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Must remain in resident state for at least one year before relocating.
