Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and guide customers to the right insurance solutions. You will receive paid training and licensing, with a base salary and potential commissions that boost earnings significantly.

Starting base salary is $45K, with total earnings typically between $55K and $75K, and top performers surpassing $85K+. Training includes licensing across states, and a flexible work setup supports work-life balance.

Formación

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work in a remote or office setting with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
