Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in insurance distribution, brokerage, or carrier roles.
• Preferred current role at a carrier in distribution, broker management, or strategic accounts.
• Familiarity with wholesale brokerage or specialty insurance markets.
• Meaningful exposure to distribution partners and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of growth plans for assigned distribution partner relationships.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with key distribution contacts.
• Identify opportunities to expand Starwind Specialty presence within segments.
• Organize priorities, actions, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide insight into distribution partner decision-making and buying behavior.
