Job summary

CRC Group's Business Development Specialist will support specialty program growth initiatives with both retail and wholesale distribution partners. This role focuses on executing defined growth strategies, managing complex relationships, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on distribution partner behavior and priorities.

The role is hybrid in CRC offices. The candidate is a senior individual contributor with broker and carrier-facing experience who thrives in a proactive, fast-moving

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in insurance distribution, brokerage, or carrier roles.
• Meaningful exposure to distribution partners.
• Strong organizational and project execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Retail Relationship Execution: support growth plans for distribution partner relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Planning & Organization: document growth plans, organize priorities, and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Insight & Problem Solving: provide insight into partner decision-making and resolve challenges.
• Internal Coordination: collaborate with CRC producers, placement teams, and leadership.
