Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a skilled insurance broker to identify, solicit, and arrange appropriate coverage for clients. The role acts as an intermediary between agents and insurance companies to drive renewal and growth, while supporting the brokerage team in achieving production goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or appropriate insurance designation, along with licensing and several years of wholesale insurance experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.
• Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies.
• Ability to understand the client's needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated
• Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively.
• Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate that into your strategy.
• Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agencies.
• Leadership and team playing skills.
• Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.

The annual base salary for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00.
