Responsibilities

• Inbound Calls – 90% handling borrower, agent and lender calls professionally.
• Accurately verify, key and memo insurance information for CPI products.
• Follow up to resolve customer problems or issues.
• Mentor fellow coworkers as requested by supervisor.
• Report any system and related issues.
• Meet productivity, quality audits and metrics goals.
