Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lender Task Administrator to partner with client and internal teams, ensuring smooth CPI/LPI workflow, notices and reports for lenders and borrowers.

This remote, full-time position emphasizes workflow management, issue resolution, data analysis, and proactive client servicing to maintain strong relationships and meet SLA expectations across the CPI/LPI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both verbal and written, to relate to internal teams.
• Less than 12 months related experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or technical/vocational training preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage client issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and prioritization; adaptable to change.
• Proactive problem-solver with root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit notices, certificates, premiums, and client requests.
• Manage premium collection and refunds for timeliness and accuracy.
• Act as SME for CPI/LPI and answer day-to-day questions.
• Forecast client requirements to deliver service and solutions.
• Track and report issues to management and ensure SLA compliance.
• Analyze loan indicators and client portfolio reporting to drive improvements.
