Job summary

PTR Global is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month contract with potential extension up to 24 months. • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Insurance, financial services, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overnight/evening/weekend schedules.
