Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join our remote team. You’ll represent insurers in coverage matters and litigate declaratory actions with substantial client interaction and ownership over matters.

You must have several years of insurance coverage experience, be admitted to the bar in at least one regional state, and demonstrate strong research and writing skills. This is a fully remote, full-time role with mentorship and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Several years of insurance coverage experience.
• Active bar admission in one or more states in the region.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Comfort working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions across a range of exposures.
• Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions.
• Communicate directly with insurer clients and manage matters independently.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters.
• Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy.
