Qualifications

• Significant experience handling insurance coverage matters and related litigation.
• Strong understanding of complex claim evaluation and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated litigation matters with substantial responsibility.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Strong oral advocacy, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and case strategy development.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance coverage and related litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Analyze coverage issues and provide strategic legal guidance to clients
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft coverage opinions, legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and client communications
• Develop case strategy and risk assessments for high-exposure matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis involving complex factual and legal issues
• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy, case developments, and legal recommendations
• Collaborate with attorneys and support professionals to effectively manage matters and deliver high-quality work product
• Manage multiple active matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness
