Candidates should have 2+ years of insurance coverage or litigation experience, a JD, and IL license, with strong writing and analytical skills. The role demands the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience.
• Admission to Illinois bar is required; Indiana admission is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Analyze insurance policies and evaluate complex coverage issues.
• Draft coverage opinions, letters, and other documents.
• Litigate insurance coverage matters, including depositions and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex matters.
