Qualifications

• 2–7 years of Insurance Coverage experience required.
• Strong policy analysis, writing and litigation skills expected.
• Experience with first-party, third-party and reinsurance coverage is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex first-party, third-party and reinsurance coverage disputes.
• Work across commercial property, business interruption, builder’s risk, catastrophic loss and liability coverage.
• Advise on policy interpretation and coverage strategy while handling declaratory judgment litigation and arbitrations.
• Exposure to multimillion and multi-billion-dollar insurance claims.
