We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan, NY (Remote) seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney with strong experience in construction litigation, New York Labor Law and general liability. The role offers up to $200K base salary, a clear partner track, and exposure to major national clients.

You will manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation and trial preparation, while communicating with insurers and corporate clients to deliver robust litigation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required.
• At least three years of insurance-defense litigation experience.
• Construction, Labor Law and general-liability experience.
• Strong drafting, deposition and case-management skills.
• Stable employment history and strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Defend construction, Labor Law and general-liability claims.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and risk transfer.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences, hearings and mediations.
• Communicate directly with insurers, corporate clients and claims professionals.
