Qualifications

• Have experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on coverage under commercial lines liability and excess insurance policies.
• Conduct legal research, analyze statutes, case law, and authorities, and draft memoranda and coverage opinions.
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and client communications.
