Clyde & Co US LLP seeks mid-level associates to join our rapidly growing insurance coverage practice in Washington. You will advise insurers on complex coverage issues and participate in litigation across commercial lines liability and excess policies.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work fully remote in some cases. The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $200,000 with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing in Washington.
• Experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on coverage under commercial lines liability and excess policies.
• Conduct legal research, analyze statutes and case law, and draft memoranda and opinions.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.
