Job summary
Clyde & Co US LLP in Seattle seeks mid-level associates to join our Washington insurance coverage practice, advising on complex coverage issues for insurers. You will conduct legal research, draft opinions, and represent clients in proceedings across emerging risk areas including AI, PFAS, privacy, and online marketplace disputes.

Qualifications
- Experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation.
- The ideal candidate will have insurance coverage litigation experience involving commercial lines third‑party coverages.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on coverage under commercial lines liability and excess insurance policies.
- Conduct legal research, analyze statutes, case law, and other authorities, and draft memoranda and coverage opinions.
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.
