You will advise insurers on coverage issues across emerging risks, including social media and privacy claims, and participate in complex litigation involving commercial lines liability and excess policies.

We welcome attorneys licensed in California with experience in insurance coverage or complex litigation, strong research and writing skills, and good organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in California or eligible to be admitted in California.
• Experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on coverage under commercial lines liability and excess insurance policies.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and coverage opinions.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.
