Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial insurance servicing.
• Knowledge of insurance legislation, rules, and regulations governing COI and auto ID cards.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance contracts, policy provisions, and coverage requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and insurance agreements to identify COI requirements.
• Prepare and issue a high volume of COIs for assigned accounts.
• Process and distribute auto ID cards and workers’ comp notices.
• Access renewal information and maintain accurate client data in internal systems.
• Manage service requests efficiently and meet time-sensitive commitments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and professional development to maintain licensing.
