Reserv, a leading insurtech, is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for insurance adjuster roles. You will source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers and agencies, and manage the ATS to ensure a single source of truth.

The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and proactive recruitment planning. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, excels at sourcing, and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience for insurance adjuster roles.
• Experience recruiting for APD claims adjusters.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills with various techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency with tech tools: Apple Computer, Google Suite, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates for insurance adjuster roles.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate feedback with hiring managers and agencies.
• Ensure fast scheduling and clear communication while staying within budget.
• Manage the applicant tracking system as the single source of truth.
• Create reports on recruiting processes for pipeline insights.
• Design and iterate on recruiting strategies to balance speed with quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
