Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking an organized administrator to support brokers, process policy changes, and manage renewals in a fast-paced insurance environment.

The role requires AU general insurance experience in a brokerage, plus Tier 2 certification. Proficiency with SCTP, Sunrise, and Insight is preferred. You’ll serve as a reliable contact in the broker’s absence and help with office administration.

Qualifications

• AU general insurance experience in a brokerage
• Experience assisting/supporting an AU insurance broker
• Experience with insurance software SCTP, Sunrise and Insight is preferred
• Tier 2 certification (ANZIIF OR RG146) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide client and administrative support/back up for aligned broker(s) ensuring accuracy of information.
• Process policy changes (new business, renewals, cancellations) accurately.
• Manage Monthly Statement process per Credit Control procedures.
• Assist broker to manage renewals per Renewal procedures.
• Ensure all cancellation notices receive urgent attention and no policy remains active after cancellation date.
• Act as key contact in broker's absence and understand client base.
• Handle own and broker’s incoming/outgoing post.
• Support claims progress and assist to ensure timely progression.
• Support smooth running of the office (phones, admin/reception tasks) and assist colleagues as required.
• Comply with company standards, processes, and policies; adhere to obligations of a Financial Service Provider.
