Security Mutual Life is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, process payments, and manage policy-related requests in a primarily remote role with periodic office time in Binghamton, NY or Houston, TX.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, 1 year of accounting experience, and solid MS Word/Excel skills. Spanish fluency is a plus; strong communication and data entry accuracy are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service.
• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience preferred.
• Insurance industry or call center experience.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced center.
• Process billing changes, payments, refunds, and policy actions.
• Handle manual premium payments and loan-by-phone requests.
• Investigate website inquiries and complete policy verifications.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up for missing items to update policies.
