Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in an insurance industry or call center environment.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Process billing requests and policy changes as needed.
• Process manual premium payments and other service requests by phone or check.
• Process loan by phone requests.
• Handle website inquiries and public site inquiries.
• Complete insurance verifications and policy summary requests.
• Follow up to request missing items and funds for policy updates.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
