Qualifications

12+ years of technology experience with enterprise/solution architecture responsibilities.
Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of core insurance processes.
Expertise in APIs/integration, cloud, data, or AI/GenAI.
Hands-on experience with solution design, prototyping, troubleshooting, and implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions across policy, underwriting, billing, claims, distribution, and digital platforms.
Define solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and integration strategies.
Lead API, cloud, data, event-driven, and AI/GenAI architecture initiatives.
Drive legacy modernization and guide solutions from design through production.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
