ReSource Pro is seeking a Principal AISolutions Architect to design and validate AI-driven solutions for insurance client operations. This highly autonomous role sits at the crossroads of client engagement, AI product design, and business strategy, translating complex workflows into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will connect with clients and cross-functional leadership to bridge ideas and production-ready specifications, prototype using AI tools, and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation.
• Proven client-facing solution design and end-to-end architecture.
• Ability to prototype and validate complex technical solutions independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry workflows.
• High autonomy in ambiguity-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions with clients to assess workflows and tech environments.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across people, process, and technology.
• Develop prototypes using AI/ML tools, LLMs, and low-code platforms.
• Design and run proof-of-concept models to demonstrate business value.
• Translate validated use cases into scalable production specifications.
• Serve as primary intake point for AI opportunities within the organization.
• Partner with AI Factory engineering teams to ensure clear handoffs.
• Define success criteria, performance expectations, and constraints for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to evaluate opportunities.
• Monitor alignment between design and delivery for continuous improvement.
