Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client-facing environments.
• Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office technology.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills for daily client interactions.
• Reliable transportation for attending local community events and client meetings in Aliquippa.
• Experience with customer relationship management platforms.
• Previous background in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local families and business owners to assess their specific coverage needs.
• Educate our clients on the nuances of different policy options to help them make confident decisions.
• Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of insurance accounts with care and attention to detail.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community gatherings and local networking events in Aliquippa.

• Collaborate with our internal team to streamline the onboarding process for new policyholders.
