Job summary

Ensurise, part of Washington Insurance Group, seeks a customer service professional to help prospective customers understand and choose personal lines insurance policies from multiple carriers. You will respond to inbound inquiries and sales outreach, guiding clients to the best coverage for auto and home risks.

The role emphasizes high-energy communication, accurate quotes, and diligent follow-up in a virtual environment, with licensing requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an office or customer support role.
• P&C license or ability to obtain within 4 weeks after starting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance.
• Educate customers on policy details, coverage and pricing.
• Facilitate customer inquiries via phone and email; process requests.
• Prepare and bind quotes through carriers.
• Provide high-energy, engaging conversations to find best-fit policies.
• Identify member needs and provide accurate advice on insurance products and services.
• Assist with quotes, binding, rating, billing, underwriting and policy changes.
• Navigate multiple systems in a virtual environment; maintain trailing documents for states.
• Maintain required P&C licenses and state registrations.
• Ensure risks are identified and mitigated per policies.
