Job summary

Sutherland is hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors to build relationships with customers. You will respond to travel insurance inquiries, determine customer needs, and match them with the right product. The role supports licensing and professional growth, offers remote work in the USA, and provides benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

The position is full-time with Schedule Mon–Fri 9:30–7:15 EST. Prior call center and sales experience, plus a P&C license, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–7:15 PM EST.
• Active property and casualty or personal lines license required.
• Proficiency in email; MS Outlook preferred.
• 1 year of Call Center experience required.
• 1 year of sales-related experience or sales exposure required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Travel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses to calls regarding travel insurance coverage and needs.
• Identify root cause of caller's interest and align their needs with the appropriate product.
• Maintain customer-focused approach and deliver exceptional service on every interaction.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely, in written and verbal form.
