Qualifications

• Must obtain Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health licenses prior to start.
• Agency will assist with licensing and reimburse associated costs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect to provided marketing leads and follow up with prospects and current clients to hit production goals.
• Help individuals, families, and businesses select health, life, auto, and property policies.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension.
• Pass on issues to account managers when needed.
• Present new or additional products and services to existing customers.
• Answer questions and make changes to existing policies; send reports on sales activity and accounts status.
