Job summary

Mike Watson State Farm is seeking a high-performing Remote Acquisitions Specialist to drive new business growth for our expanding agency. This fully remote, US-based role emphasizes outbound sales, prospecting, and high production with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will possess State Farm licenses, a proven sales record, and the ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Minimum of one (1) year of State Farm agency experience.
• Verifiable history of successful insurance sales production.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, internet leads, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other State Farm products.
• Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and create opportunities.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize household penetration.
• Meet and exceed daily activity standards, monthly production goals, and closing expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation to policy issuance.
