Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to independently manage client service deliverables and contribute to client strategy by analyzing data and executing plans in collaboration with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers.

You will own internal documentation, track tasks, respond to client inquiries, and manage project plans. The role requires a strong client service mindset, licensing in Life/Accident/Health, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in Group Insurance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of disability and life benefits and vendor capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs and RFIs, coordinate carrier proposals and executive summaries.
• Maintain plan designs, rates, and client information in the database.
• Perform contract reviews, plan design analyses, and benchmarking.
• Assist in client claim audits and provide insights and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with Account Executives, Senior Account Managers, and clients.
