Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to independently manage client service deliverables and contribute to client strategy. You will work with Account Executives and other managers to execute strategy, maintain documentation, and respond to client inquiries.

The role requires 5+ years in group insurance, licensure in Life/Health, and the ability to operate in a virtual environment with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in group insurance.
• Active Life, Accident, and Health license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of benefits including disability, life, and dental/vision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client service deliverables and contribute to client strategy.
• Prepare RFPs and RFIs, coordinate carrier proposals and executive summaries.
• Maintain client plans, documents, and contract reviews; analyze plan designs and benchmarks.
• Attend client meetings and provide consultation for plan options and issue resolution.
• Establish relationships with Account Executives, clients, and carriers.
