Job summary

Ideal candidates have a P&C license (CIC preferred) and strong client-service, analytical, and teamwork skills. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Policy management: expirations and renewals; client research and submissions for renewals.
