You will review and renew policies, handle endorsements and billing inquiries, and identify coverage gaps with the owner to offer solutions.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, empathetic communication, and accurate documentation in our systems. Texas license is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Spanish speaker preferred, not required.
• Experience in customer service or managing personal lines insurance accounts.
• Solid understanding of insurance policy structures and carrier guidelines.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders to answer coverage questions and resolve concerns.
• Review existing client policies to ensure they are adequately protected against modern risks.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our agency owner to identify gaps in coverage and present helpful solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our management systems to ensure compliance.
• Participate in agency goals by proactively reaching out to clients to perform annual coverage reviews.
