Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business remotely with an EST schedule, supporting the Gainesville, GA office and aviation focus. You will retain clients, handle policy administration, renewals, billing, and service requests, while leading a small team and maintaining carrier relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry, active license, CIC preferred, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Renewals: manage expirations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor reports and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
