Job summary

Sure Steel, Inc. in South Weber, UT or Remote (U.S.-based) is hiring an Instructional Designer II to design and develop learning solutions that drive performance and business results.

You will partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and Employee Development Coaches to identify needs, create engaging content, and ensure effective implementation and measurable outcomes across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field; experience optional.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of instructional design, eLearning development, or related experience.
• Experience with instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced learning and performance support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify performance gaps.
• Design learner-centered solutions across ILT, virtual, blended, and microlearning formats.
• Develop modules, guides, assessments, and performance support materials.
• Manage learning content in LMS, ensure deployment, tracking, and reporting.
