Republic Services is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze business needs and design performance-based learning solutions, including e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended formats. You will align with business goals to evaluate impact and drive learning strategies.

You will follow ID processes, deliver on timelines, create on-brand materials with accessibility in mind, and continuously improve content while supporting train-the-trainer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design and development or educational equivalency.
• Ability to design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles.
• Proficient with eLearning tools and authoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Follows ID processes to design and develop learning solutions based on adult learning principles.
• Delivers learning solutions on time and provides updates for decision making.
• Engages with stakeholders to understand requirements and collects content while signaling risks and updates.
• Creates high-quality, on-brand materials with accessibility best practices.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and suggests modifications aligned with business goals.
• Delivers materials meeting technical specifications for hosting locations.
• Updates content for continuous improvement and conducts train-the-trainer sessions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
