Remote contract opportunity focusing on developing online and print materials, leading design sessions with leaders and SMEs, and delivering content that aligns with strategic goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Articulate Rise and Storyline, Camtasia, Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• Articulate Storyline proficiency is required.
• Experience with EnableNow, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate and/or other multimedia tools preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier skills are preferred but not required.
• Expertise in digital/content management and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with leaders, peers, and SMEs to design and stabilize learning initiatives.
• Socialize design proposals through storytelling aligned with business strategy and feedback loops.
• Develop online or print-based learning materials adhering to internal style and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute deliverables: surveys, interviews, visuals, prototypes, storyboards, video scripts, journey maps, content strategy.
• Apply Agile/Scrum to co-create, test, deploy, and iteratively improve products.
